A MAN who admitted a drug-driving offence has been banned from the road for 12 months at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
Alexander Moffat, 58, from Bonnyrigg, was also fined £350 with a £20 victim surcharge.
The offence happened on a road in the Borders near Penicuik last year.
