THREE days have been set aside for a legal investigation into the death of a power worker at an electrical substation in the Borders more than three years ago.
Robert McArthur, who was 32, from Kincardine was trapped under a vehicle during the incident suffering serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police Scotland and the Health and Safety Executive launched an investigation into the death which happened at Whitchester House near Longformacus in Berwickshire, on the afternoon of January 20, 2021.
A fatal accident inquiry will take place at Jedburgh Sheriff Court on May 14, May 15 and May 16.
