BACKGROUND reports have been issued into a Borders man who admitted a drug dealing charge at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
Thirty-six-year-old Sean Ferguson, of Main Street, Heiton, pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of heroin and also possession of cannabis.
The offences happened in Chiefswood Road, Melrose, on February 24 last year.
Sentence was deferred until April 16 for the production of a Criminal Justice Social Work Report and a Restriction of Liberty Order assessment.
