Borders man admits theft by shoplifting offence
A HAWICK man has appeared from custody at Jedburgh Sheriff Court and admitted a theft by shoplifting offence.
Forty-two-year-old Wayne Wilkes also pleaded guilty to breaching his bail conditions.
Not guilty pleas to two other charges of theft by shoplifting were accepted by the Crown.
Sentence was deferred until April 22.
