FIFTY-YEAR-OLD Paul Brockbank, of Albert Place, Kelso, will be sentenced on April 22 at Jedburgh Sheriff Court on a charge of being in possession of an offensive weapon, namely a metal bar, at the Royal British Legion in Roxburgh Street, Kelso.
