Borders man admits being in possession of indecent images of children
BACKGROUNG reports have been ordered into Berwickshire man who admitted being in possession of indecent images of children.
Thirty-six-year-old Scott Forman, who gave an address in Foulden, pleaded guilty on indictment to the offence.
Sentence was deferred at Jedburgh Sheriff Court until May 7 for the production of a Criminal Justice Social Work Report and a Restriction of Liberty Order assessment.
Forman has been made subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act - the length of which will be determined at the sentencing diet.
