He was stopped by police on the A7 near Galashiels
A CONSTRUCTION worker who was found to be driving while disqualified in the Borders has received another two-year ban from the road.
Valstimil Holecek, who is 55 and from Maryhill in Glasgow, was stopped by police on the A7 near Galashiels last Tuesday.
He appeared from custody at Jedburgh Sheriff Court last Wednesday when he was also given a community payback order involving 100 hours unpaid work as well as the additional driving ban.
