PEEBLES' rugby stars of the future enjoyed success last weekend.
The Primary 7 youngsters welcomed teams from across the Borders as well as clubs from Linlithgow and Dunfermline.
Peebles won against Dunfermline, Selkirk, Galashiels and Moffat to reach the final.
And they faced a tough opposition in Kelso, who had edged out a strong Linlithgow side to reach the final.
During an enjoyable match Peebles players eventually ran winners by two tries to one.
