NATHAN Austin bagged his third straight hat-trick against struggling Vale of Leithen as Kelty romped to a league record 11-0 win.

The 25-year-old striker took his season’s tally to 27 as he netted four during the demolition at New Central Park.

The victory keeps Hearts two points clear at the top of the table.

Austin said: “The gaffer brought me here to score goals and this is how I repay him for having the confidence in me.

“When you have a good team behind you, you’re going to get plenty of chances and it’s up to me to take them.

“Everyone at this club is focussed on winning the title and anything short of that will be a disappointment.”

Cammy Russell also scored a brace for Barry Ferguson’s team with Scott Linton, Arnault Bembo, Ross Philip, Stephen Husband and Dylan Eason all adding to the tally.
